Literally, saw a Thing.

Spotted in the Tallinn TV tower parking lot a few weeks back.

It seems to have Finnish plates. I don’t remember seeing that in any local gatherings. Maybe the owner spends most of his time in Tallinn.

Quite probable. The plate does look like an old Finnish format plate. Also there was also some sort of a base-jumping event going on there when we visited and there was a bunch of Finns going up the elevator with us with parachutes on. Though I wouldn’t trust anyone whose car looks like this to fold my parachute.. not that I would voluntarily jump off of a perfectly good building to begin with.

As I replied to another comment here, there was a base-jumping event going on there, and the people wearing parachutes going up with us were speaking Finnish, so it probably belongs to one of them.
